 On 2009-06-25 we released PokerTH-0.7.1.
This release contains several enhancements and bugfixes:
- Reduced per-game memory usage of the server, which enables playing with several hundred players on a low-end vserver
- New internet game list filter to show only e.g. open games, password-free games etc.
- New large chip count delimiter: 1000000 -> 1.000.000
- New "join any game" button behaviour - joins the game with the most players connected
- Styles handling enhancements (e.g. no activation needed any more)

PokerTH 0.7 released - 10 players stylable interface! |
On 2009-05-03 we released the brand new PokerTH 0.7.
New features are:
- Supporting up to 10 players on a table
- Easily choose different table and card styles
- Create your own style in simple steps
- Online style gallery
- Netbook support with minimum 1024x600

 On 2009-03-22 we released the new PokerTH 0.6.4. These are the major changes: The server code was refactored for better performance. To improve scalability there is a new optional external avatar system. This solves lag problems. There are also some small bugfixes and implemented feature requests. We are pleased to annouce, that PokerTH will be present at a big lanparty for the first time. The event called LANresort will take place from 6th - 9th of march in the middle of an idyllicc holiday resort, the Center Parcs in Bispingen. LANresort ist not like a normal lanparty. It's rather a horde of max. 310 gamers and geeks celebrating a special kind of holiday weekend. Besides raditional tournaments for computer games there will be an organized poker-tournament, realized by PokerTH in cooperation with the InnovaLAN Entertainment GmbH. For further information have a look at the LANresort website.
The lanparty convince with its' amazing location. You live in a comfortable bungalow, while every of them are connected to each other trough a LAN. If you are fed up of playing, you could have fun in the big in- and outdoor swimming-pool, called the Aqua Mundo. To challange yourself just take part in wall climbing and participate in many other cool activities. If this sparks your interest, take also part of this event. Since there are just a few bungalows available you have to hurry.

PokerTH workflow infos updated |
 After we finished 0.6.3 with some small bugfix-updates the last days we start reworking workflow infos for PokerTH development to give you more information on current development state. Therefore we introduced a new bugtracker system based on mantis. Bugs should be reported in the forum as usual. Confirmed bugs will be placed into the bugtracker where you can follow the current state of a bug. Also the roadmap was rewritten and shows the current state of our release plans.Feature requests will be reviewed and collected in " Frequently requested features " thread on the forum. So if you have a request, please take a look at the forum post and the roadmap if it is already planned or listed.
