Looks like a different as the usual problem. It seems it doesn't like the "+" in the username and it shows the stats of "THCpositive". I put it on our bug list. So no quick fix today.

The error message is misleading. The real reason is that we restrict players to 4 games per hour to prevent "playing bingo" too much.
