custom decks & tables

Thanks for posting the list Spock, but now that I've downloaded a couple I'd like to try out, how do I get them to show up as choices in Settings-Configure-Style? 
You can unzip them into your Application-Folder either in:
./data/gfx/gui/table/
or
./data/gfx/cards/
