Can't log in

Just have created new account, but can't log in. I tried many times but with no result. Why?

tl;dr: Reset your password. Make sure you don't block JavaScript. It is required to create the game account.

I have the same problem. I just created an account but cant login in. I changed my password and still can't login. This is stupid.

I have the same problem...
Can log in to the board but when trying to access the game -->
I get :
Invalid login
Please check your username and password
Tried:
- Reset password in different browsers (Edge, Chrome, FireFox and Opera). Can still log in to forum but not internet game
What to do??

Can you try it again on a different PC or after switching off your antivirus/firewall. Something on your side blocks the JavaScript, which syncs the passwords between the forum and the game account.

I have problems to access the game server with 'Guest Access' as well so I do not believe it has to do with some syncing... and after trying to reset pwd on my phone - I still have the same problem.
Tried to use other PC/Mac and other internet provider still same problem...
What can I try more?

Did reset my router.... strange thing to reset.... but now I got it working

Why I needed to reset router and access points I do not know but somehow that helped

Hi, tried to login in the app and its not working.
So i tried changing the passwords around acouple of times.
Someone said it should contain one upper case char and a number.
So i avoided special chars and all.
Still could not make it work.
please advise.
