Censor in chat?

During "My Onli" game, around 17:06 UTC standard time, a player was chat muted by bot.
For me there was no reason for that.
He for 2 times was invited by bot to avoid url spam in chat: but he wasn't spam urls... only a lot of QM "question mark". In a first moment i suppose that was the reason for misinterpretation.
BUT after that he sentence something about russian without QM ... and chat-bot muted him for a non sense.
Check the log,
I'd don't like to know that this was due to a such kind of censorship ...
