Good evening,
I can't play games on the internet. The server does not recognize the username or password. With the same credentials I can log into the site pokerth. How can I solve the problem? Thank you

This can happen if your browser or antivirus is blocking our JavaScript, which is needed to create the gaming account. Please reset your password here

app.php/user/forgot_password

Your gaming account should then be created. If it still doesn't work, try on another browser or PC.
