Hi, the exact message reads:

You cannot login at this time
Please try again in a few seconds

Your gaming account doesn't exist yet, because something on your end is blocking our Javascript, which creates the game account. Please reset your password and it will be created as long as you don't block the required JavaScript. If it still doesn't work, try a different browser or PC.
