Server outage 2023-08-19

Hi all,

we had a server outage today around noon. We restored most of it from the backups we made in the morning.

That means some ranking games from this morning are lost.

A following things are not working yet and will be fixed tomorrow
*Logfile Analysis
*Leaderboard
*Gametable
*Champion of the day
*Monthly Cup website
*Registration / Password-Reset
*scotland flag in the forum are missing

Login, registration and access to game tables were failing this morning again.

Login works, otherwise you would not have been able to make this post. Sometimes the Cloudflare cache gives an error, but after a browser refresh everything works.

There seems to be a problem with registrations thought. But strangely I can see new registrations in the database.

The games from yesterday and today still don't give points. Will this be changed? Had three times first place :'( ...

New game results are not shown in stats.

I've played this game today:
gametable?u1=Follak&u2=Kitty%20Samt&u3= ... =name_sunl

But on my profile page I don't see that result: player?u=Follak

Only stats till 18-08 are shown.

The games are not lost, they are written in the database correctly. But there is a problem with the database table which is used to create the ranking and updates the user profile. As soon as we find the problem, we can fix all the games since Saturday noon.

But we can't promise to fix it today.

The db backups didn't include functions und procedures. sp0ck will fix it by tomorrow hopefully.
